Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Telangana. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

• Coordinate with Food safety department, state, and District to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Meet and liaise with officers to resolve issues and build relationships.
• Follow up with officers for work orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct meetings with clients alongside Field executives to close sales deals and negotiate contracts.
• Review and approve team leader and field executive expenses according to company policy.
• Provide input for creating sales strategies and attend weekly/monthly sales review meetings with territory teams.
• Plan to expand business into new territories and coordinate with the operation team for training and audit dates.
• Build a team as per requirements and provide daily reports to the Marketing head, including weekly/monthly working plans from team leaders.
• Attend monthly or weekly meetings as instructed by the Marketing head and make arrangements for sales presentations.
