Role Overview

Business Development Executives

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Market Development

• Identify and explore potential business opportunities in herbal, pharmaceutical, and wellness markets.
  
• Research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

2. Sales & Client Acquisition

• Promote Svarn Herbals product portfolio to potential clients and distributors.
  
• Support in achieving sales targets through lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

4.Operations Support

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  
• Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  

Brand Promotion

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns for Svarn Herbals’ product lines.
  

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical/herbal industry.
  
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
  
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in

  Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or related fields
