The role involves engaging with clients, generating leads, and driving revenue growth in the finance/services domain. Ideal candidates are confident communicators with a track record in business development and client relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and referralsUnderstand client needs and offer suitable product solutionsAchieve and exceed monthly targetsBuild and manage long-term client relationshipsMaintain accurate records in CRM systemsCoordinate internally to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfactionPrepare and present performance reportsRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Business DevelopmentStrong communication skills written and spokenProficiency with CRM tools and lead tracking systemsSelf-motivated, results-driven, and proactive approachFluent English requiredLocal language proficiency preferred Hindi for Lucknow, Marathi/Hindi for MumbaiComfortable with early shift timing.
