Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunitiesGenerate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and referralsUnderstand client needs and offer suitable product solutionsAchieve and exceed monthly targetsBuild and manage long-term client relationshipsMaintain accurate records in CRM systemsCoordinate internally to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfactionPrepare and present performance reportsRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Sales / Business DevelopmentStrong communication skills written and spokenProficiency with CRM tools and lead tracking systemsSelf-motivated, results-driven, and proactive approachFluent English requiredLocal language proficiency preferred Hindi for Lucknow, Marathi/Hindi for MumbaiComfortable with early shift timing
