Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage partner relationships to grow business and acquire new corporate clients.
Analyse market trends and sustainability-driven demands; identify new opportunities for Sustain Right’s services.
Actively research and generate new leads through networking, social media, and industry forums.
Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to prospective clients through various medium.
Conduct meetings (virtual & in-person) with potential clients to understand their requirements.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our sustainability services and solutions.
Negotiate and close business deals; facilitate legal agreements and handover to operations.
Work closely with management to align strategies with organizational growth plans.
Document client information, feedback, and engagement for business insights.
Consistently achieve and exceed annual revenue targets.
Take ownership of building and driving relationships with large corporate enterprises, leading them through the complete sales cycle.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, or related field (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of relevant experience in business development or corporate relations (sustainability/ESG sector experience preferred).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing client visits when required.
Passion for sustainability, ESG, and responsible business practices.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
