Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated

Business Development Executive (Contract)

to manage both inbound and outbound sales activities. The role involves regular client visits, nurturing leads, conducting demos, and supporting business growth in the SaaS/B2B domain.

Note :

The candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel, both within the assigned region and occasionally to Chennai for training.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and nurture inbound leads to conversion.
Identify and engage outbound prospects through visits, calls, and follow-ups.
Conduct regular client visits to build relationships and strengthen trust.
Deliver product demos and explain use cases (training provided).
Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and progress to the RSM.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover of closed accounts.
Maintain strong knowledge of company offerings, competition, and market trends.

Requirements

2 6 years of experience in
B2B sales / SaaS sales / field business development
.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable with
regular travel
across assigned territory.
Ability to deliver presentations and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Self-driven, with proven ability to meet sales targets.
Flexibility to travel to Chennai for product training if required.
