SuperKreatives is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven International Business Development Executive to generate leads and book demo appointments by doing cold calling only. The data will be provided by our end. Moreover, the dialer and script would also be given by company's end. This position will be purely based on targets achieved, targets for every month will be discussed initially.
● Conduct market research to identify and connect with potential US/Canada-based clients
● Manage outbound sales campaigns via cold calling.
● Meet monthly targets and aim for high performance to earn additional incentives.
● 1–3 years of proven experience in international sales (preferably US/Canada region).
● Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
● Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
● Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones
● Self-disciplined, target-driven, and proactive in approach
Compensation Structure
● Salary is fixed but it is depended on targets achieved.
● Performance Incentive: The applicable amount on incentive will be discuss before onboarding.
