Business Development Executive

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and develop corporate, government, travel agent, OTA, and institutional business.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and hotel show-rounds to convert leads.
• Negotiate corporate room rates, long-stay contracts, and event tie-ups.
• Maintain and update corporate accounts, contracts, and rate agreements.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing teams to execute promotions and packages.

Front Office Coordination

• Liaise closely with the Front Office Manager and Reservations team to ensure correct rate loading and availability.
• Monitor daily occupancy, ARR, RevPAR, and pickup reports.
• Ensure VIP, corporate, and key account guests receive priority handling.
• Support front desk during peak hours to enhance guest experience.

Client Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with HR/Admin heads, travel desks, and tour operators.
• Handle corporate feedback, resolve issues promptly, and ensure repeat business.
• Conduct post-stay follow-ups and client satisfaction checks.

Revenue & Reporting

• Track monthly and yearly business targets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Analyze market trends, competitor rates, and demand patterns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
