Business Development Executive - Delhi/NCR

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to promote and sell our range of high-quality school furniture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients (schools), conducting field visits across Delhi & NCR, and closing sales deals to meet revenue targets.

• Identify and approach schools, educational institutions, and coaching centers for potential business opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits to meet school administrators and decision-makers.
• Present product catalogs, samples, and customized furniture solutions.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or furniture sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi & NCR.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Own vehicle preferred (travel allowance will be provided).
