Backend Executive - Sales

About the Role:

We're a fast-moving, ideas-driven team looking for a sharp and energetic Backend Executive – Sales to keep our growth engine running smoothly. If you love organizing chaos, crushing to-do lists, and making customers feel like VIPs—all while juggling emails, leads, and quotes—this one’s for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first responder to incoming leads and inquiries
• Craft and send crisp, customized quotations and proposals
• Keep our CRM squeaky clean and up-to-date
• Follow up like a pro (without being annoying)
• Coordinate between sales, ops, and the customer to keep things moving
• Spot patterns and suggest better ways to get stuff done

What You Bring:

• Fluency in Hindi & English—you’ll be switching between both seamlessly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in backend sales support or customer service is a bonus
• Attention to detail + organizational superpowers
• Basic proficiency in tools like Excel, Powerpoint, Word, CRM systems, and email platforms
