Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales, international lead generation, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a key role in executing demand generation campaigns, scheduling appointments, and managing sales pipelines through CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure (End-to-End Sales).
• Follow up with clients and leads to drive conversions.
• Work exclusively on International Lead Generation through calls, emails, and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead information in CRM (experience with ZoomInfo is a plus).
• Prepare and present capability presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Execute and track demand generation campaigns.
• Schedule appointments with prospective clients and ensure consistent follow-ups.
• Maintain daily activity and performance reports
• Conduct cold/warm calls and engage in client conversations professionally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and client expectations.
• Prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in international business development or lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Ability to create and deliver impactful sales presentations.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
