Designation: Business Development Executive Experience: 0-2 years only Location Hyderabad (on-site) 5 days working Immediate joiner Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales , international lead generation , and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a key role in executing demand generation campaigns, scheduling appointments, and managing sales pipelines through CRM tools. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure (End-to-End Sales). Follow up with clients and leads to drive conversions. Work exclusively on International Lead Generation through calls, emails, and campaigns. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead information in CRM (experience with ZoomInfo is a plus). Prepare and present capability presentations tailored to client requirements. Execute and track demand generation campaigns . Schedule appointments with prospective clients and ensure consistent follow-ups. Maintain daily activity and performance reports Conduct cold/warm calls and engage in client conversations professionally. Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and client expectations. Prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in international business development or lead generation . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Experience with CRM tools . Ability to create and deliver impactful sales presentations . Strong organizational , multitasking , and time-management skills. Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
