Job Description:
We are hiring experienced and driven usiness development executive– Franchise Sales to lead franchise sales in the Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Zirakpur region and ( PAN india ) The role demands on-ground lead generation, strong communication, and the ability to convert prospects into franchise partners.
This is a target-based position with excellent earning potential through incentives and bonuses on successful closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential franchise investors through field visits and local networking.
Present and explain the franchise business model, investment structure, and expected returns.
Build strong relationships and maintain regular follow-up with interested leads.
Achieve monthly sales targets through closures.
Maintain records of client meetings, leads, and progress reports.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions and presentations.
Candidate Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in field sales (franchise, real estate, or business development background preferred).
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
