Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct field visits daily to generate leads and convert them into business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, purchase managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Provide timely support and solutions to clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to management for business strategy improvement.
  • Organize product demonstrations, presentations, and medical camps in coordination with marketing teams.
  • Represent the company in healthcare exhibitions, seminars, and events.
  • Maintain proper records of sales calls, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on field activities and business development progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
