Center In-charge/Coordinator

Job Summary:

To oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, coordinate between doctors, staff, and patients, and ensure smooth functioning of clinical and administrative services with high standards of patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage overall clinic operations, including staff, patient flow, and facility upkeep.
• Coordinate appointments, registrations, billing, and patient queries.
• Ensure doctors, nurses, and support staff are aligned with daily schedules.
• Monitor inventory, medicines, consumables, and raise requisitions when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Address patient feedback, complaints, and provide quick resolutions.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with management.
• Support in organizing health check-up camps, promotional activities, or awareness programs.
• Act as a communication bridge between patients, medical staff, and management.

Requirements:

• MBA graduates with 3 to 5 years of experienced candidates are requested to apply.
• Male candidates are preferred.
