💼 About the Role:

Business Development Executive


✅ Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Pitch Simco Steel’s product offerings and tailor solutions as per client needs
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
  • Coordinate with operations and design teams for smooth project delivery


🎯 Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial products)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong networking abilities and a self-motivated mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
