Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The representative will generate leads, conduct market research, and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base. They will also be responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential clients
• Proficiency in preparing proposals and presentations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or allied industries is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
