Qualification:

• MBA Marketing Fresher (Must have final semester results).
• Graduate with experience in outbound tele sales.

Language Requirement: Must be fluent in English and Hindi speaking.

Age Limit - Max. 30 (E-commerce) and 32 (EdTech)

Interview Mode:

1. Key Account Manager - Walk-in
2. Admission Counsellor - Virtual / Walk-in (Depends on assessment)

Major Job Responsibilities:

• Key Account Manager

  - Focuses on managing and growing key accounts, primarily brands and sellers, to maximize their visibility and sales success on the platform. Act as the primary point of contact, driving strategic initiatives, optimizing product listings, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve growth.

• Admission Counsellor

  - Acts as a bridge between the organization and prospective students, playing a crucial role in guiding them through the admissions process and helping them choose the right courses. Responsible for achieving customer acquisition goals and driving revenue growth.

Salary:

Key Account Manager:

• Fresher - 25k CTC, 20k In-Hand + 4065 Quarterly Bonus + Incentives
• Experience - Up to 30k CTC, 25k In-Hand + 4065 Quarterly Bonus + Incentives

Admission Counsellor

• Fresher - 34k CTC, 30k In-Hand + Incentives
• Experience - Up to 39k CTC, 35k In-Hand + Incentives (Non EdTech Background) and Max. 50k CTC, 46k In-Hand + Incentives (EdTech Background).
