Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented BDA to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients via phone, understand their business requirements and assess their potential. This role also involves market research to build a database of available commercial rental spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential leads and inquiries.
Understand client needs, business nature, team size, and growth plans.
Assess client potential for long-term association and space requirements.
Maintain a clear record of interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Schedule site visits or appointments for the senior sales team.
Share basic details about services, pricing, and available options.
Provide timely feedback to the sales team based on client interactions.
Follow up with warm leads regularly to maintain engagement.
Collect and maintain an updated inventory of other coworking spaces and private commercial rental properties in the area.
Assist in comparing offerings and identifying market trends based on competitor inventory.
Key Skills:
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
Good listening and analytical skills to assess potential.
Basic understanding of business types and scalability indicators.
Research-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Freshers with exceptional communication and confidence may also be considered.
