Job Description

Our company is seeking experienced or fresher candidate in Business Development department to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. You will be accountable for the business enhancement of the assigned territory.

Roles and Responsibilities

Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the Regional sales manager
Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
Suggesting upgrades or additional services that may be of interest to clients.
Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
Research and identify new market opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree and MBA in Marketing.
Extensive sales experience.
Great networking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
Candidates having an experience from a jewelry industry or has a work history from the similar industry will be considered first.
Candidate should have good command over Local and English language
