Requirements:

• 8 months – 2 years of relevant experience in 

  online bidding on UpWork

  .
• Strong proposal writing skills with the ability to create tailored, client-focused responses.
• Good understanding of 

  Web and Mobile Application based projects.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are must.
• Proficiency in 

  LinkedIn marketing, Email marketing will be a plus

  .
• Strong analytical and research skills to identify potential business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for lead generation through

  UpWork, LinkedIn, Email-Marketing

  etc.
• Conduct market research, lead generation, and pipeline building of international clients.
• Draft and roll out compelling proposals, sales decks tailored to client requirements.
• Engage in client interaction, negotiation, and deal closures, including enterprise-level discussions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand project scope and deliver client-centric solutions.
• Create professional presentations, slides, and other sales materials for client demonstrations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
