We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our company. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a fresh graduate looking to kick-start your career, we welcome individuals with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including but not limited to Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, email marketing, and direct marketing.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for expansion.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.

- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets and revenue objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).

- 0-5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.

- Knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing techniques, including online platforms and social media.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills.

- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed and exceed expectations.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

- Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of business development are encouraged to apply.
