Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by building strong client relationships and engaging with high-value clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, meeting with them to understand their requirements, conducting cold calling to generate new leads, delivering business presentations, and ensuring client satisfaction through follow-ups. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings, achieve sales targets, and maintain accurate client data and activity reports. - Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential and existing clients. - Meet with high-value/royal clients in person to understand requirements and provide solutions. - Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and business opportunities. - Prepare and deliver business presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. - Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. - Maintain client data and activity reports accurately. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 2 years of experience in business development / client servicing / sales. - Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle premium clients with professionalism and discretion. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with cold calling. - Willingness to travel within Pune for client meetings.,
