Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

 

Responsibilities :


  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building with potential clients.


  • Identify target markets, industries, and companies to focus on for sales growth.


  • Create effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets by understanding customer needs and pain points.


  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.


  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to inform sales decisions.


Location


Qualifications :

  • 2-4 years of experience in Business Development or a related field (BDE/BDM).


  • Strong understanding of IT services & consulting domain knowledge.


  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills; ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
