Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business development efforts for our digital marketing services in the Pune region.
  • Convert inbound sales leads into clients by effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through a proactive and target-based approach.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral and strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent presentation skills, experience in designing appealing eye catchy sales decks ,custom engaging attractive presentations
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
