As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects in the field of Fertilizer and Pesticides Business - Negotiating deals with customers to ensure mutual satisfaction - Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring their needs are met - Utilizing excellent communication skills to reach out to potential customers via email and phone - Demonstrating our services and products effectively to prospective clients - Collaborating with farmers to drive sales and meet business expectations To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree is required - Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales in fertilizers and pesticides shops - Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales - Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales - Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct sales Additionally, familiarity with the following languages is preferred: - Telugu - Hindi - English This is a full-time, permanent position with a flexible schedule that may require relocation to Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The job entails working in person during day shifts.,
