Business Development Executive (Salary up to 3.5 LPA)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, negotiating contracts, and contributing to the overall business strategy.

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Business skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Own vehicle is compulsory
• Should be comfortable with field visits
