Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate & qualify leads via research, networking & cold calling
  • Identify potential clients & promote HRMS & Payroll software
  • Conduct product demos & presentations
  • Build & maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers
  • Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors & SaaS innovations
  • Collaborate with marketing, product & support teams


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–3 years experience in selling HRMS, Payroll, or SaaS products
  • Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Understanding of HRMS & Payroll systems or willingness to learn quickly
  • Problem-solving mindset & customer-focused approach
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred)
