Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling & Lead Generation:

  Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social platforms to generate new business leads.

• Sales & Target Completion:

  Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.

• Inside Sales:

  Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing entirely remotely or from the office.

• Negotiation:

  Handle negotiations with prospects and clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the customer and the company.

• Communication:

  Maintain effective communication with prospects, customers, and internal teams. Clearly present company offerings and answer any client queries.

• Market the Company:

  Promote the companys services/products effectively to increase brand visibility and generate interest from prospective clients.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to maximize client retention and satisfaction.

• Bring New Ideas:

  Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to improve sales strategy, outreach, marketing efforts, and internal processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
• Creativity and initiative to suggest and implement new ideas.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
