Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and social platforms to generate new business leads. Sales & Target Completion: Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. Inside Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing entirely remotely or from the office. Negotiation: Handle negotiations with prospects and clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the customer and the company. Communication: Maintain effective communication with prospects, customers, and internal teams. Clearly present company offerings and answer any client queries. Market the Company: Promote the companys services/products effectively to increase brand visibility and generate interest from prospective clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to maximize client retention and satisfaction. Bring New Ideas: Contribute fresh, innovative ideas to improve sales strategy, outreach, marketing efforts, and internal processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or cold calling. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus. Creativity and initiative to suggest and implement new ideas. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
