Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, Freelancer, and Guru platforms.
Identify, approach, and communicate with potential clients to build long-term business relationships.
Prepare and submit effective project proposals and sales pitches.
Handle client communication, requirement gathering, and coordination with the technical team.
Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile:

2–3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive in the IT industry.
Hands-on experience working with bidding portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and Guru.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve targets and work independently with minimal supervision.
Understanding of IT services, web development, and software solutions.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
