Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be part of a dynamic sales team that builds relationships, identifies new opportunities, and drives business growth. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow into a strategic business role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities through online platforms, social media, networking, and events.
  • Assist in preparing sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce Reyna Solutions’ offerings.
  • Maintain and update the sales CRM with leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
  • Support senior team members in client meetings, requirement gathering, and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate leads.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (internships included).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software development, or digital transformation is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
