Hello, We are looking for Technical Trainer to work with one of the Fortune - 500 American Multinational Company Based in Bangalore/ Mumbai. Required Competencies Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or Computer Programming, or actively enrolled in a relevant program. 4 years of experience in A/V Integration, Help Desk, or Network Support will be highly advantageous. Proficient in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Experience with networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.). Understanding of network security practices (firewalls, VPN, encryption) An advanced certificate in training and assessment is highly favorable. Required CCNA or Teams MS-700 certification. Ability to present technical information in an interesting and compelling manner. Willingness to adapt and learn new software and hardware technologies. Strong passion for helping others learn and a commitment to serving as a strong product advocate.
