Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Surat. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering professional relationships. The Executive will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, understand market trends, and strategize to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, creating proposals, and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications

Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation strategies
Strong understanding of Business operations and Account Management
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the real estate sector is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
