Business Development Executive + Recruiter (Night Shift)

As a Business Development Executive + Recruiter at our company in Mohali, India, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and facilitating end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based clients during night shifts for the U.S. process. Your strong communication skills, sales acumen, and recruitment experience will be pivotal in achieving business objectives and delivering high-quality staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential U.S. clients through calls, emails, and networking. - Generate leads, nurture client relationships, and successfully close business deals. - Understand the unique staffing needs of clients and offer tailor-made solutions. - Oversee the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and handle all necessary documentation. - Ensure timely closures of positions and consistently meet monthly targets. Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of experience in business development and/or recruitment, preferably in the U.S. process. - Proficiency in verbal and written English communication. - Strong skills in negotiation, relationship management, and achieving targets. - Familiarity with CRM or ATS tools such as Zoho or Bullhorn. - Willingness to work flexible night shifts as per the requirement of the role.,
