Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, energetic, and persuasive Business Development Executive to help expand RealSkill’s reach in colleges across India. You'll engage with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), onboard students into our programs, and guide them through the internship journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Outreach:

  Connect with college Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), present RealSkill programs, and build long-term partnerships.

• Counseling:

  Guide students on internships, workshops, and course selection based on their interests and career goals.

• Sales Enablement:

  Convert leads into sign-ups by clearly communicating program value.

• Reporting:

  Track outreach, student progress, and feedback; report weekly metrics to the team.

• Coordination:

  Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, scheduling, and student support.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome).
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable with tools like Email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven with a bias for action—able to handle multiple tasks and conversations at once.
• Willing to travel (if required) for college visits and events.
