Role Overview We're looking for a sharp, energetic, and persuasive Business Development Executive to help expand RealSkill’s reach in colleges across India. You'll engage with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), onboard students into our programs, and guide them through the internship journey. Key Responsibilities Outreach: Connect with college Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), present RealSkill programs, and build long-term partnerships. Counseling: Guide students on internships, workshops, and course selection based on their interests and career goals. Sales Enablement: Convert leads into sign-ups by clearly communicating program value. Reporting: Track outreach, student progress, and feedback; report weekly metrics to the team. Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, scheduling, and student support. Requirements Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome). Excellent spoken and written English. Comfortable with tools like Email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
