We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Rawmart. The ideal candidate will be driven to achieve results, comfortable engaging with clients, and eager to grow within the B2B sales ecosystem.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct B2B sales transactions and achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions for engineering products
Identify new sales opportunities through networking and customer visits
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Manage sales pressure effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
🎯 Requirements:
Education: Any graduate (B.Tech or MBA preferred)
Experience: 0–2 years of B2B sales experience
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to understand engineering concepts and products
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Resilience and ability to perform under pressure
