Job Description

Position Overview: As a Business Development Executive at Rapture Holiday, your primary responsibility will be to drive the company s growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in expanding the company s client base, building strong relationships with potential partners, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies and market analysis.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect potential clients and partners in the travel industry to generate new business opportunities.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  3. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into customers.
  4. Present and promote Rapture Holiday s services and offerings to clients through effective sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and other strategic partners.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to develop customized solutions and packages to meet client requirements.
  7. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand the company s visibility and create business opportunities.
  8. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  9. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
  10. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the travel industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the travel market, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  5. Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, convert leads into customers, and achieve sales targets.
  6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  7. Analytical skills to conduct market research, analyze data, and make informed business decisions.
  8. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  9. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
  10. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
