ABOUT COMPANY:

Ranfort Wellness Pvt. Ltd.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for promoting and
selling home healthcare services to patients and their families, understanding their needs, and offering suitable service solutions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To meet and build rapport with doctors and nutritionist (focus Nephro, Liver, Gastro)
Ensure regular follow ups.
Explain different CCP packages, benefits, and pricing clearly to potential clients.
To meet Nearby standalone doctors with a good practice (Nephro, Liver, Gastro) and
introduce and drive CCP program and OTC consultations to HOD.
Maintain records of patient interactions and follow up for conversion.
Achieve sales targets as assigned.
To help Ranfort get visibility amongst Specialist Doctors ( transplant surgeons of Liver and
Kidney , Post Knee Replacement / Gastrointestinal Surgeries ) in Ahmedabad.
Prepare and submit sales and conversion reports to the management on weekly bases.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proven experience in sales or related field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Should have Personal Transport to travel within Ahmedabad
Should Have existing relationships with the doctors in Ahmedabad
