The potential candidate should have the following credentials: - The Business Development Executive should provide help and support to your customers through telecalling Generate leads or close sales. The BDE to create and maintain paperwork or documentation based on the telecalling conversation Check-in with existing clients for new requirements by Marketing. Marketing & Branch out and find potential customers through social media like FB, Linkedin, Insta etc. Business Development Executive to Memorise scripts and customise them for the clients as per the situation while telecalling Foster Sales relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients Make Marketing reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during telecalling Business Development Report the analysis and observation to the team lead The Business Development Executive to adhere to organisational guidelines and methodology while telecalling Business Development Executive to generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients The Business Development Executive should be proficient in handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence. Taking messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate staff member in time. Required skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma MBA/ BBA Marketing candidates preferred Strong communication skills and command of the English / Hindi & Marathi language Previous experience in a telecaller job or similar role Data entry skills to complement the telecalling work Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skillsPreferred skills and qualifications Research skills for telecalling and reaching out to new clientele Proven track record of being a telecaller and conducting sales through the telephone Ability to switch the communication style based on social cues and conversational hints Knowledge of CRM software programs and telephone systems is a big bonus Sales Incentives as well
