Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, cold calling, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through inside sales strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through lead generation activities.

Conduct cold calling and follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve business targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales .

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability in cold calling and lead generation.

Experience in inside sales .

Ability to handle objections and build client trust.

Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 years of experience in sales/BD can apply.
