Brief :

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to help us identify new customers. The primary role of this person is to do constant reach out to new clients. Most of the prospective clients are staffing firms in the US and they are always looking for ways to recruit more efficiently and effectively. So the conversations tend to be straight forward and the people you reach out to are willing to listen. The value we provide is tremendous, so it's an easy conversation. The ideal candidate is someone who is very outgoing and very focused on winning new business. We want someone who will aggressively hunt for new business. This individual will work closely with the US based Account Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for helping to fill the pipeline of potential leads by connecting with people on LinkedIn or through other means, and adding them into our CRM.
• Managing communications with leads via Drip Marketing, Mass Mail and LinkedIn connections.
• Help develop new content for drip marketing campaigns, build drip marketing campaigns and manage responses as they come in, moving them through the sales pipeline.
• Building relationships with people through LinkedIn.
• Identify Warm Leads via communications with leads through all channels.
• Play central role in closing engagements, working with delivery team to ensure go live dates and strong initial performance.
• Help manage reporting of existing team performance, providing critical and timely data to management to facilitate action requirements to improve performance.
