Through our Quantum Education Partnership Program, we help universities and colleges

become Quantum-Ready Institutions, enabling access to cutting-edge research, learning

ecosystems, and quantum infrastructure.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Growth Manager to drive institutional partnerships across India.

You'll engage with Deans, Directors, and Chairpersons to showcase how Quantum adoption

enhances reputation, research capability, and rankings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Engagement & Conversion

? Engage and convert inbound institutional leads.

? Conduct discovery calls and present QpiAI's partnership model with authority.

? Draft proposals and close agreements with urgency and strategic value.

2. Lead Generation & Outreach

? Identify and prospect new universities, colleges, and research centres.

? Execute targeted outreach via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls.

? Build and maintain a healthy partnership pipeline.

3. Relationship Management

? Build long-term, trust-based relationships with academic leadership.

? Coordinate onboarding, training, and marketing support.

? Identify upsell and renewal opportunities.

4. CRM & Reporting

? Manage leads and funnel stages on Zoho CRM.

? Ensure data accuracy and transparency.

? Present weekly and monthly performance insights.

5. Market Intelligence

? Track education policy (DST, NQM, AICTE) and identify early adopters.

? Share market insights to refine strategy and outreach content.

6. Representation & Thought Leadership

? Represent QpiAI at summits, expos, and education forums.

? Deliver short presentations and foster thought leadership visibility.

Requirements

? 25 years in B2B / Institutional Sales, EdTech, or Enterprise Consulting.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + regional language).

? Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach, and lead management.

? CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred).

? Strong research and consultative selling skills.

? Confident engaging CXO / Dean-level stakeholders.

Preferred

? Experience selling to universities or government institutions.

? Familiarity with Quantum Computing, AI, or emerging tech (training provided).

? Public speaking / event representation experience.

Compensation

? Competitive fixed salary + performance incentives.

? Bonuses for partnership signings and renewals.

Success Indicators

? Building strong relationships with 15+ institutions per quarter.

? Closing 46 strategic education partnerships monthly.

? Representing QpiAI confidently in 3+ academic events each quarter.

? Consistently maintaining CRM accuracy above 90%.

? Driving upsell or renewal conversations with all onboarded partners.
