Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Identify new business opportunities by meeting with potential clients such as wholesalers, resellers, and retailers in the field. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth, meet targets, and increase market share. - Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, identify industry trends, and monitor competitor activities. - Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, create proposals, and handle client requests for quotations and after-sales support. - Maintain client records, track sales and revenue, prepare invoices, and manage sales pipelines. - Regularly report on sales performance, progress against targets, and provide feedback to management. Qualifications required for this role: - Prior experience in business development or sales roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
