We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support our FMCG growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales, client acquisition, and market expansion within the food and beverage sector.
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and institutional clients for makhana products
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and competitor activity
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, product feedback, and promotional activities
Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and local marketing events
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage field operations
Familiarity with local markets and retail dynamics in Gujarat
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
