CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER (VENUE SALES/OUTBOUND SALES) Good Salary + Attractive Incentive Both the Genders Can Apply Job Summary: The Venue Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling timeshare memberships to the clients who are invited to the office venue. The role focuses on delivering persuasive presentations, and closing sales while maintaining high levels of customer service. Key Responsibilities: l Engage walk-in clients at the venue and create interest in the company’s time share offerings. l Qualify leads and schedule detailed product presentations or site visits. Sales Presentation & Closing: l Conduct face-to-face sales presentations, showcasing the benefits of time share memberships. l Address customer objections and close sales effectively. Venue Management: l Set up and maintain the display booth, materials, and promotional items at the venue. l Ensure brand consistency and maintain a professional appearance. Coordination: l Work closely with the tele-calling and back-end teams to follow up on leads and documentation. l Collaborate with other venue staff to optimize lead flow and customer experience. Reporting & Targets: l Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. l Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
