As a Business Development Executive, your role involves initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers to drive business development. You will be responsible for delivering personal targets of lead generation within a specified service offering or geography. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through outdoor marketing, cold calling, networking, and online media. - Set up meetings with potential clients, listen to their wishes and concerns, and offer appropriate solutions. - Prepare and deliver engaging presentations on products/services. - Create regular reviews and reports containing sales and financial data. - Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences to showcase products/services. - Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring a high win rate, and address any complaints or objections. - Translate your product knowledge into added business value for customers. - Understand services as a strategic component of product sales. - Develop relationships with new prospects to exceed revenue expectations individually and as a department. - Collaborate with the team to achieve superior results.
