About the Role

Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries and ensure smooth communication.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, and networking.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
  • Support senior team members in negotiations and deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM tools regularly.
  • Visit exhibitions and conferences across the nation to explore networking and business opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ activities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
