About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Promotion Executive to lead our client engagement and business development initiatives in the field of accounting and financial services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and converting potential clients, managing a team, and promoting our service offerings in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote our accounting, taxation, and business consulting services to potential clients.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead and motivate a small team of sales/marketing executives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and business forums to build visibility.
• Provide regular reports on business development performance and client feedback to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• MBA in Finance or Marketing is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or promotional roles (preferably in professional services).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
• Proven experience in team handling and achieving business targets.
• Confidence in presenting solutions to mid-sized and large businesses.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic personality.
